Once your order is processed, we will send a notification of processing to the email address that is registered with your account.  Ohhts! Overnight Oatmeal reserves the right to use the most effective shipping method unless otherwise requested by the customer.  Customers will agree to receiving shipping status updates and can alter their preferences in their account.

Shipping Costs and Disputes

Customer is responsible for cost of shipping, unless otherwise noted by Ohhts! Overnight Oatmeal.  We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages but we will work with customers to resolve any such issues as quickly as possible.
